Academic Paper Review Process

Academic Paper Review Process

All papers submitted to the conference undergo a peer review process before final acceptance. The purpose of this process is to evaluate the academic quality, relevance, originality, and compliance of submitted papers with appropriate research standards.

After submission, each paper is initially reviewed by the conference secretariat or scientific committee to assess its relevance to the conference topics, overall structure, academic quality, and compliance with the submission requirements. Papers that meet the initial requirements are then sent to one or more reviewers with expertise in the relevant subject area for academic evaluation.

Review Method

The conference uses a Single-Blind Peer Review process. Under this method, the identity of the reviewer is not disclosed to the author, while the reviewer has access to the author's information.

Reviewers evaluate submitted papers based on criteria including:

  • Originality and novelty of the research
  • Relevance of the paper to the conference topics
  • Research methodology
  • Quality and credibility of references
  • Analysis and presentation of findings
  • Academic coherence and overall quality
  • Compliance with research principles and academic standards

The review outcome may be acceptance, acceptance subject to revisions, or rejection. If revisions are required, the author will be expected to address the reviewers' comments within the specified deadline and resubmit the revised version for further evaluation, where applicable.

The final decision regarding paper acceptance will be made based on the outcome of the peer review process and the assessment of the conference Scientific Committee.
