Guidelines for Abstract and Full Paper Submission
The 12th International Conference on Management, Accounting, Economics and Banking (MAECONG 2026) invites researchers, academics, university professors, postgraduate students, and professionals to submit original research related to management, accounting, economics, banking, finance, business, and interdisciplinary studies.
Authors are requested to carefully review the following guidelines before submitting their research.
1. Abstract Submission
Authors should submit a clear and concise abstract that presents the main aspects of their research.
The abstract should include:
- Title of the Research
- Author(s) Name
- Institutional Affiliation
- Email Address
- Research Background / Problem
- Research Objectives
- Methodology
- Main Findings or Expected Results
- Conclusion
- Keywords
The recommended length of the abstract is 200–300 words.
Authors should ensure that the abstract accurately represents the submitted research and contains sufficient information for academic evaluation.
2. Full Paper Submission
Following abstract acceptance, authors may submit their full paper for consideration according to the conference publication procedures.
A full research paper should normally include:
- Title
- Author Information and Affiliations
- Abstract
- Keywords
- Introduction
- Literature Review / Theoretical Framework
- Research Methodology
- Results / Findings
- Discussion
- Conclusion
- Recommendations / Implications
- References
The structure may be adapted according to the methodology and nature of the research.
3. Manuscript Formatting
Authors should prepare their manuscripts according to the official conference template and formatting requirements.
The manuscript should:
- Be written in clear academic language.
- Have an appropriate academic structure.
- Include accurate citations and references.
- Clearly present tables, figures, and charts.
- Include complete information about all authors.
- Follow the required file format and submission instructions.
4. Originality and Academic Ethics
All submissions must be original research.
Authors are responsible for ensuring that their submissions do not contain plagiarism, duplicate publication, fabricated data, or unauthorized use of copyrighted material.
All sources, quotations, tables, figures, and ideas derived from other works must be appropriately acknowledged and cited.
5. Review and Acceptance
Submitted abstracts will be evaluated according to the academic scope and requirements of the conference.
Authors will be informed of the review outcome.
Acceptance of an abstract allows the author to proceed with conference participation and presentation. Acceptance of an abstract does not automatically guarantee publication of the full paper.
Full papers submitted for publication may be subject to additional academic and editorial evaluation.
6. Presentation
MAECONG 2026 will be conducted exclusively through Virtual Presentation.
Authors of accepted submissions who complete registration will receive information regarding:
- Virtual presentation schedule
- Online session access
- Presentation duration
- Technical requirements
- Presentation instructions
Participants should attend their assigned online session at the scheduled time.
7. Important Dates
